With over 30 years of experience in the senior living industry, Steve Austin has held various key positions including Nursing Home Administrator, Assisted Living Administrator, Home Health Administrator, and Executive Director for larger Continuing Care Retirement (CCR) communities. His career has taken him to Oregon, Florida and Colorado, where he has made significant contributions to the field.
Some of Steve's career highlights include implementing a chef-based food program campus-wide, enhancing the dining experience for residents. He also initiated an annual Strategic Planning Process, ensuring long-term success and growth for the communities he has served. Additionally, Steve designed and executed a leadership development and team-building initiative, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within his teams.
